Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Our Rules on u7777

Your account balance represents funds held on your behalf by u7777 for use on the platform. Account balances are not interest-bearing. Funds held in an account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified at the time. u7777 will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any such fee.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable pending wagering requirements have been reviewed.

Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not accepted and will result in the return of funds and potential account review. u7777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. If you believe a deposit was made incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible and u7777 will investigate on a best-efforts basis.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. u7777 may request any of the following documents as part of this process:

• Any additional documentation deemed necessary by the compliance team

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two to three business days depending on your bank. u7777 does not control processing times at the receiving end of a bank transfer.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the original bonus. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying these requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
